Live Broker Voids
This is a step-by-step guide for Skype, TeamViewer, and Notes
In this guide, we'll learn how to monitor and process Live Broker Voids using a structured approach. The focus will be on the 120 Void Monitoring group chat, where you'll check for any voids received from Live Brokers Daily. We'll walk through the steps of sorting voids, updating profit and loss, and ensuring accurate records in your system. This process involves using Backoffice to manage data and ensure that all voids are correctly accounted for. By following these steps, you'll maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operations in handling Live Broker Voids.
Let's get started
To discuss our Live Broker Voids, we have three group chats: 678 Void Monitoring(KM916/678/159), 120 Void Monitoring, and 889 Void Monitoring Reports.

We will go through the example of checking for 120 Void Monitoring. We received this last Sunday, so we will access our back office to address this Void.
Click the yellow XL, then click the book.

After loading, search under "account"/"Nick" and enter 120/678/1591st/KM916/87. For this example, find 120 new for our Live Broker.

Double-click the account to display all bets.
We will find the amount that has been voided by 120.
Here's an example from Greece, Kampaniakos, for the Live Broker Void starting at 120.

We will search under "game" and review the results. Next, we'll identify which bet the 120 voided.

It appears that these two lines, or bets, were voided due to being abnormal bets.

To address this, first, we will transfer this data to our green Excel sheet.

To Brought out we will change the status to running.

After we brought out the bet in our green XL. right-click on the match and then select edit.

Here, you will update the PNL, or profit and loss amount. It has already been updated in this case. We will guide you on how to proceed.
I have a format already created for 120. We'll go through the step-by-step process. For 120, we'll have Live Broker Abnormal Void Share from 120. The game date is set for March 23, 2025. We also have the league and game name for the specific bet that gets voided from our live brokering.

We will have the line indicating that our live brokering has been voided. This results in two lines.

We have over 4.25 and over 4.5
We will sort all the details from the original profit and loss statement to deduct the voided amount obtained from our live broker 120.Click here
The real stake indicates that a share of 0.95 has already been deducted from 120 live brokering. We will now consider the original stake we placed.
Next, we will calculate the deducted profit, which will be half of our original profit.
Over 4.25 we have the Half of original profit of 18,060 is 9,030.
That was the deducted amount from our 120 live brokering. Let's sort this out.
In our Excel sheet, right-click on the line that was voided.

Previously, the original expected profit was set at 17,857. Now, we will reduce it by half.

Let's move on to the next step.

On line 4.5, we will do the same thing.
We will deduct the amount from our live broker.
They sent us 11,445 for the deducted amount.
That will be half of our original profit and loss.

We get a total of 20,475 as an example from 120 live brokering sent from our voids or the void share.
After updating the expected profit, click the green check.

Once everything is finished, click the green check on this edit pick.

This will be a complete process.

We have concluded here as a win.

Then, click the green check to send.
We will also update our voids manage. We will copy for the pic ID.

We need to double-check after changing the profit or expected profit. Copy the original profit before making any changes and deduct all voided amount.
We will first record the original profit before making any changes. This will allow us to see the difference after deducting the void share from our live brokers.
For example, we copy the previous profit or the original profit, which is 30 or 378,805.
We have a total deduction of 20,475 from two lines.

The new profit will be the original profit minus the void share.
We get a new profit of 358,330, which matches our record in the Excel sheet from the book of 120 broker on 23-03-25.
Once everything matches and there is no error or mismatch, we can update the void manage to our voids tab.
We will proceed with placing a record on our voids.

We will paste the peak ID that we copied for the exact match.

You will see the exact team names at the top. Then, check for voids where live brokers receive abnormal bets. After checking each line, click save and close.

To check, click the box. To uncheck, click the box again.
Then, click "Save and Close."

Everything was completed. We're going to send this report. Just copy your format and send it to the back office for amendments.

We have sent this information.
