Learn how to log into the Connecteam app, verify your phone number, and navigate the user view and where to find Courses for training purposes.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through the process of logging into Connecteam, whether you're accessing it via the website or the mobile app. While the experience is largely similar across both, there are a few differences. This guide will primarily focus on navigating the desktop version, with an emphasis on accessing and viewing features such as Courses.

We’ll also briefly touch on other features you’ll use in the future, like Communications, Job Scheduling, and Time Clocks. Additionally, the guide will introduce two different views, but for now, the User's View will be the main one you need to follow. The other view will become relevant once everyone has been upgraded to use features like Job Scheduling and Time Clocks.

Log Into Your Account

Visit www.connecteam.com on your browser.

Click the “Log In” button located at the top-right corner of the page.

Enter your mobile phone number associated with your account.

Click “Verify” to receive a verification code on your phone.

Step #1: Click on "Verify" — Click on "Verify"

Check and enter the 4-digit verification code sent by Connecteam, click "Verify code"

That's it, you're logged into Connecteam!

Main Dashboard: In the upper right corner to view your Username and Avatar.

Once we have upgrade everyone this will be relevant, but until then you will be logged in as "User's view" only.

Please Note: There are two views in the both the desktop and mobile version: User and Admin.
The main difference is that in the 'Admin Dashboard' view, you'll be creating and managing your schedule, while in the 'User' view, you'll be using features like the Courses and Time Clock.

Since we are using the desktop version for this guide, once logged in you'll see your main dashboard.
Within this dashboard you are automatically logged in as an "Admin Dashboard" view.

On the Mobile version you are automatically logged in as "User View"

Step #4: Click on "Switch to user's view" to change your view. This is how you will access assets you have available for use, such as "Courses" — Click on "Switch to **user's view**" to change your view. This is how you will access assets you have available for use, such as "**Courses**"

Understanding the "User's View"

Let’s start by looking at the User's View, which simplifies the interface and makes it easier to navigate. In this view, you will be able to access key features such as Courses, where you can view and engage with your training materials. You can also use the Chat feature to communicate directly with others in the platform. You'll be able to use the Job Scheduling section, where you can create, view and manage your referral schedule. Additionally, the Time Clocks feature will allow you to log in and out of your shifts to track your work hours.

This view is also where you’ll communicate with AFS admins regarding your job shifts. Whether you need to report issues or resolve any shift-related concerns, this will be where those functions will be accessed, once implemented. It will further enhance and expand our Connecteam experience.

HINT: If you are not able to see courses on the left-hand sidebar, you are NOT in "User View"

Click on "Courses" under "HR and Skills." Here, you can access all training materials we have, including Monthly Meeting Recordings and Pre-Service Training and our other training materials.

It's divided into categories: The Core of What We Do, Types of Reports, Policies & Procedures, FIN Required Trainings and the Business Side of Things, including How to setup an LLC and Business licensure for WA state.

Step #8: Scroll down to view all categories — Scroll down to view all categories

Step #9: To go back to the main courses, click on arrow "← Pre - Service Training" — To go back to the main courses, click on arrow "← Pre - Service Training"
